MARIST MISSIONARY SISTERS CELEBRATE SILVER JUBILEE IN THE PHILIPPINES

The Marist Missionary Sisters gratefully celebrates 25 years of SMSM presence in the Philippines last April 28, 2012 at the NDDU-IBED Lagao campus covered court. The occasion started with the Holy Mass of thanksgiving for God’s providence through the guidance and inspiration of Mary, our Mother and Perpetual Superior in carrying out the congregation’s mission with daring like our pioneers.

Families of the Sisters, friends and partners in the mission joined the Sisters in their joyful celebration. With hope, the Sisters will faithfully continue the work of Mary among the people here in Mindanao, Philippines in the coming years affirming their Missionary, Marist and Religious vocation.
